EVEMon blank slate generator

This is a blank slate character creator for EVEMon, a skill management tool for EVE Online.

Thanks to Kermode Bear, aka Andrea Griffin in EVE, for his help with an example blank slate creation and a link to a database dump from CPP. This project wouldn't have been completed without his help.

I noticed the site was down for a long time. What happened?
This question is slightly ambiguous, so I'll answer both. The website was down for a period of time due to communication issues between me and my host. This page also didn't work for a long time after the site was up. I'm fairly sure the PHP version my host uses got updated. My local file XmlWriter was conflicting with PHP's built in XMLWriter. I now am a proud user of XmlWriter2. /sigh
